Finding your perfect fit

Your usual NZ underwear size is the best place to start.

Our underwear is designed to fit true to size. The measurement chart below is a guide only. Every body is different, and things like your bum shape, thighs, body proportions and how you like your underwear to fit can all affect which size feels best.

If you're between sizes, or unsure which size to choose, the tips below will help.

Between sizes?

  • Classics and High Rise Classics: Size up for extra comfort.
  • Bikini and Brazilians: Size down for a closer fit.

Need a little more help?

Even women with the same measurements can prefer different sizes.

You may prefer to size up if you have:

• fuller thighs
• a rounder bum
• prefer a relaxed fit

You may prefer to stay true to size r size down if you:

• prefer a snug fit
• have a flatter bum

Because underwear is an intimate item, we can only accept returns on unworn, unopened pairs in as-new condition, within 14 days of delivery.

  • If you buy one pair, it can’t be returned once opened (unless faulty).
  • If you buy multiple pairs, you may try one, and return the rest if unopened and unused.

Caring for your Squaties is simple:

  • COOL WASH ONLY💧- 30°C or below to protect the thermal bonding and fabric integrity.
  • Mild detergent - do not soak, bleach or use harsh chemicals.
  • DO NOT TUMBLE DRY! - Line dry in the shade.
  • Don't Iron - who has time to iron their undies anyway?

The label will wear off gradually.  This is completely normal.

Hi Bec,

Thank you for your honest feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear the Bikini breif didn’t work for you. That’s definitely frustrating, especially when you’re just wanting underwear that stays put and lets you get on with your day.

Everyone’s shape is a little different, and for some women the Bikini style sits a bit lower on the waist than they’d prefer, which can sometimes cause that rolling feeling. That’s one of the reasons I designed our High Rise Classic. It was developed with the help of an amazing triple C section mum, specifically to give more tummy coverage and stay comfortably in place without rolling down.

If you have any unworn pairs, you’re more than welcome to return them for an exchange or refund. I can help you swap them for the High Rise if you’d like to give those a try. Just send me an email at hello@squaties.co.nz. Suzanne x

Love the bikini cut for under my tights for gym days. I prefer the higher leg cut. Still love my Classics too - I wear under my shorts/tights when walking or running. Need to get a few more!!

I'm a size 14 big bum/hips, size 12 waist I ordered a size 14 I think I could have got a size 12. This particular style the bikini brief. I'm not sure if it was the size or the style, but they did end up in my butt after a high intensity work out lol..
I WILL definitely order more in the next size down & possibly try out the other style for high intensity work out!! Could wear them everyday!!

Feels like I'm wearing nothing!

I have been a fan of Squaties since finding them earlier this year. I love the Classic briefs, but the Bikini are definitely my new favs. I like how they sit higher. They are so comfy and stay in place and feel like i'm not wearing anything. In a good way! No undie lines. I hope some more colours come out soon?? !!
