Because no two bums are built the same (and that’s what makes them great!), our mission is to help you find your perfect Squaties fit so you feel comfy, confident, and distraction-free from the very first wear.

How to Measure

Use a soft measuring tape and take measurements directly over your underwear.

Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist (just above your belly button).
Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum — this is the most important measurement for getting the right fit.

(Tip: Stand straight, feet together, and keep the tape snug but not tight.)

Between sizes?

Size up in Classics and High Rise Classics for extra comfort.
Size down in Bikinis and Brazilians for a snug fit.

Fit Notes

Our underwear is made in NZ sizing - most women find it true to size.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend: Size up in Classics and High Rise Classics. Size down in Bikinis and Brazilians.
Our seamless fabric has gentle stretch and comfortably allows about ±2 cm variance.
If your thighs are fuller or you like a looser leg fit, choose a larger size option.

Style Tips

Classics: Medium rise, fuller bum coverage. Great for everyday wear and gym leggings.
High Rise Classics: Added height through the waist for tummy comfort and smooth lines.
Bikini: Mid-rise, higher leg cut. Flattering, flexible, and great for those who like less coverage.
Brazilian: High-rise or mid rise, cheeky style. Designed for minimal lines and maximum movement.

Because underwear is an intimate item, we can only accept returns on unworn, unopened pairs in as-new condition, within 14 days of delivery.

If you buy one pair, it can’t be returned once opened (unless faulty).
If you buy multiple pairs, you may try one, and return the rest if unopened and unused.

Caring for your Squaties is simple:

COOL WASH ONLY💧- 30°C or below to protect the thermal bonding and fabric integrity.
Mild detergent - do not soak, bleach or use harsh chemicals.
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY! - Line dry in the shade.
Don't Iron - who has time to iron their undies anyway?

The label will wear off gradually. This is completely normal.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear the Bikini breif didn’t work for you. That’s definitely frustrating, especially when you’re just wanting underwear that stays put and lets you get on with your day.

Everyone’s shape is a little different, and for some women the Bikini style sits a bit lower on the waist than they’d prefer, which can sometimes cause that rolling feeling. That’s one of the reasons I designed our High Rise Classic. It was developed with the help of an amazing triple C section mum, specifically to give more tummy coverage and stay comfortably in place without rolling down.

If you have any unworn pairs, you’re more than welcome to return them for an exchange or refund. I can help you swap them for the High Rise if you’d like to give those a try. Just send me an email at hello@squaties.co.nz. Suzanne x

I'm a size 14 big bum/hips, size 12 waist I ordered a size 14 I think I could have got a size 12. This particular style the bikini brief. I'm not sure if it was the size or the style, but they did end up in my butt after a high intensity work out lol..
I WILL definitely order more in the next size down & possibly try out the other style for high intensity work out!! Could wear them everyday!!

Feels like I'm wearing nothing!

I have been a fan of Squaties since finding them earlier this year. I love the Classic briefs, but the Bikini are definitely my new favs. I like how they sit higher. They are so comfy and stay in place and feel like i'm not wearing anything. In a good way! No undie lines. I hope some more colours come out soon?? !!
