Fit Notes:

1. Our underwear is made in NZ sizing and is true to size.
2. We recommend ordering the NZ underwear size you would normally wear.
3. The measurement chart is a guide only. Every body is different, and factors like your body shape, bum, thighs and personal fit preference can all affect which size feels best.
4. Between sizes?

• Classics & High Rise Classics: Size up for extra comfort.
• Bikinis & Brazilians: Size down for a closer fit.
  

Style Tips:

Classic: Great if you prefer fuller coverage.

High Rise Classic: More waist coverage and a smoothing fit.

Bikini & Brazilian: Higher leg opening creates a closer fit, so many women stay true to size or size down if they're between sizes.

Clearance Pink Originals

These have a different size chart and cannot be exchanged. Please refer to the Originals Size Guide before purchasing.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia.

If you’re based elsewhere and want to try Squaties, get in touch - we can often make it happen!

Rates:

NZ Urban: $8 | NZ Rural: $12. Or, FREE SHIPPNG when you spend over $99.

Australia: $20.

All orders are packed with love from our Northland HQ 💕

Delivery times:

• NZ orders: 3–7 business days (+2–3 days for rural)
  
• Australia orders: around 10 business days (+extra for rural)
  

You’ll get an email with your tracking details once your parcel’s on its way. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your junk folder or contact the courier directly. They’re best placed to help locate delivered parcels.

RETURNS

We have absolute faith you’ll love your Squaties but we get that every body’s different.

Because underwear is an intimate item, we can only accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unopened items in as-new condition, and within 14 days of delivery.

• If you buy one pair, it can’t be returned once opened (unless faulty).
  
• If you buy multiple pairs, you may try on one, and return the rest unopened if they’re still sealed and unused.
  
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t handle or restock any worn underwear.
  
• Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale (unless faulty).

To keep your Squaties in their best shape, only cold wash only - 30°C or below.

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!

Warm or hot water/air will damage the heat-activated bonds and fibres that make them so beautifully seamless (and nobody wants peeling gussets!).

Here’s the full care checklist:

• 💧 Cool wash — use a Squaties wash bag if you have one!
  
• 🧴 Mild detergent — no soaking, bleach, or harsh chemicals.
  
• 🌤️ Line dry in the shade — never tumble dry!!
  
• 🚫 Do not iron — who’s ironing their undies anyway?

Note: the wash label will wear off gradually.  This is completely normal.

Squaties are designed in New Zealand.  However, due to the specialised machines required (that we don’t have here in NZ), our manufacturing is done by our awesome offshore manufacturing partner. We chose this company as its values align with our own. Including integrity, innovation and caring for the health and well-being of customers, employees and the environment.  Our manufacturers hold the following certifications to ensure the safety of the fabrics they use and the safety and well-being of their employees, which is very important to us!

• BSCI Certification (Business Social Compliance Initiative) 
• OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Certification

Whilst manufacturing is undertaken offshore, we aim to use local companies for all other supplies and services. With a focus on keeping it local as much as we can. 

We are a small company, with a big heart and a passion for the environment and for the world we are leaving our future generations. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our impact on the environment and how we can support our local community here in New Zealand. We don’t have all the solutions yet, but we are consciously working towards sustainability goals and trying to get it right.

• Manufacturing - We manufacture in small orders, to prevent wasted stock.  We choose our manufacturing partners carefully, making sure their values align with our own. We donate our sample and faulty stock (that are still great undies! Just with a misprint or mark) to local charities for women. This helps to prevent stock from going to landfill and gives back to our community.

• Fabric – All our fabrics are free from harmful chemicals and independently certified by OEKO-TEX.  We have a goal of having all our underwear made from recycled and sustainable fabrics in the near future.

• Packaging and posting – We use 100% home compostable or recyclable courier bags.  We have kept product packaging to a minimum, whilst also keeping your Squaties safe, by using a handy reusable zip-lock bag.

*Zip Lock Packaging - Please keep and re-use your zip-lock bag. Great for taking a spare pair of Squaties to the gym or travelling. Once you no longer have any use for it, simply snip off the zip lock seal and place it with your soft plastics recycling, so it can become a farm post!  Find out more at: www.recycling.kiwi.nz

Hi, I'm Suzanne, the owner of Squaties.

Like so many women, I was tired of underwear that promised to be seamless... but still rolled down, rode up or showed through my leggings.

When I took over Squaties in 2023, I saw the potential to create something genuinely better.

So I started from the ground up.

I redesigned our underwear, sourced a new performance fabric, partnered with a new manufacturer, refreshed the brand and spent countless hours refining every detail.

Because I don't believe underwear should be something you have to think about.

Today, every product is shaped by real customer feedback. I read your emails, answer your messages and genuinely listen when something isn't quite right.

If a style needs improving, I improve it.

If a fabric can be better, I find a better one.

If something doesn't meet my standards, it doesn't become a Squaties product.

My goal has always been simple.

To create underwear that disappears under your clothes, stays comfortable all day, and makes getting dressed one less thing to worry about.
