Because no two bums are built the same (and that’s what makes them great!), our mission is to help you find your perfect Squaties fit so you feel comfy, confident, and distraction-free from the very first wear.


How to Measure

Use a soft measuring tape and take measurements directly over your underwear.

  • Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist (just above your belly button).

  • Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum — this is the most important measurement for getting the right fit.

(Tip: Stand straight, feet together, and keep the tape snug but not tight.)

Between sizes?

Size up in Classics and High Rise Classics for extra comfort.
Size down in Bikinis and Brazilians for a snug fit.

Fit Notes

  • Our underwear is made in NZ sizing — most women find it true to size.
  • If you’re between sizes, we recommend: Size up in Classics and High Rise Classics. Size down in Bikinis and Brazilians.
  • Our seamless fabric has gentle stretch and comfortably allows about ±2 cm variance.
  • If your thighs are fuller or you like a looser leg fit, choose a larger size option.

Style Tips

  • Classics: Medium rise, fuller bum coverage. Great for everyday wear and gym leggings.
  • High Rise Classics: Added height through the waist for tummy comfort and smooth lines.
  • Bikini: Mid-rise, higher leg cut. Flattering, flexible, and great for those who like less coverage.
  • Brazilian: High-rise or mid rise, cheeky style. Designed for minimal lines and maximum movement.
