Finding your perfect fit

Your usual NZ underwear size is the best place to start.

Our underwear is designed to fit true to size. The measurement chart below is a guide only. Every body is different, and things like your bum shape, thighs, body proportions and how you like your underwear to fit can all affect which size feels best.

If you're between sizes, or unsure which size to choose, the tips below will help.

Between sizes?

  • Classics and High Rise Classics: Size up for extra comfort.
  • Bikini and Brazilians: Size down for a closer fit.

Need a little more help?

Even women with the same measurements can prefer different sizes.

You may prefer to size up if you have:

• fuller thighs
• a rounder bum
• prefer a relaxed fit

You may prefer to stay true to size or size down if you:

• prefer a snug fit
• have a flatter bum

Returns:
Because underwear is an intimate item, we can only accept returns on unworn, unopened pairs in as-new condition, within 14 days of delivery.

  • If you buy one pair, it can’t be returned once opened (unless faulty).
  • If you buy multiple pairs, you may try one, and return the rest if unopened and unused.

80% Nylon, 20% Spandex. 100% Cotton Gusset.

Caring for your Squaties is simple:

  • COOL WASH ONLY💧- 30°C or below to protect the thermal bonding and fabric integrity.
  • Mild detergent - do not soak, bleach or use harsh chemicals.
  • DO NOT TUMBLE DRY! - Line dry in the shade.
  • Don't Iron - who has time to iron their undies anyway?

The label will wear off gradually.  This is completely normal.

Great fit

Great fit, no bunching wedgies or rolling. Have used for running, Pilates and workouts at the gym with no issues and no VPL. I have tried several other seamless brands and they always ride up the bum so this was a lifesaver as I had hoped from reading previous reviews! Will try a different style and maybe size down this time as the bikini has quite a lot of fabric at the front, almost more like a boy leg fit.

The best undies you'll ever wear

So comfortable! All my previous undies that I also thought were comfortable are now pushed to the back of the drawer. I did find a bit of a colour variation but I contacted the owner and we got that sorted and the black ones are perfect and true to size. Glad I took a chance a bought a set of them as they are all I ever want to wear. Highly recommend.

Brillant Undies, Brillian Customer Service!!

I first purchased the wrong size, I had bought a bundle and tried these on first - they didn't quite feel right and bunched up. Thanks to Suz and her amazing Customer Service, I returned the unopened pairs and she made suggestions as to what I could try. I opted for a smaller size, and these fast become my favourite undies! Now sizing is correct, but I had not bought any undies for myself in a very long time so was basing the sizing on my old (and I mean oooollldd undies) I have recommended these to everyone I have spoken to! I'm 48 and fussy as going through a stage in life that anything can annoy me and fast! But these OMG love love love them.

Practical and flattering!!

Love the fit of these. Flattering rise, super soft and seam free! I have the black for practicality but also the blush pink for a cute splash of colour. Great for under leggings or jeans

Abit disappointed sadly

I brought these as I ride horses full time and was looking for a seamless firm brief that didn’t move. Sadly they didn’t promise what I had hoped .

The Classics shouldn't be moving around like this, so I do wonder whether we could get you into a better size or style for you. The hunt for 'goldilocks' undies continues

This review is primarily to assist other undie-shoppers who share a similar 'inverted triangle' body shape.
As my shape sisters will know, finding pants that stay up is a struggle. These are not it.
Bought my normal size 10, but the no-dig soft fabric was no match for my thick waist and narrow hips, sliding off like butter on a hot pancake everytime I moved.

Having said that, I've given 3 star as the quality seemed good and the fabric was lovely and smooth. I'm sure they're a win for some.

I'm sorry to hear they didn't feel right for you. From your description, it does sound like it could be a fit or style issue, as underwear can feel quite different depending on our body shape.

If you have any unopened pairs, please feel free to get in touch. We offer size and style exchanges (or a refund) and I'd love to help.

I'm also currently working on a new fuller coverage design, as I know the current Classic cut won't be the perfect fit for everybody. This one could be a great option.

they are lovely, but

they are lovely, nice fabric, everything they say they are, however they still ride up my bum. I'm an 8 in clothing and sometimes buy a 10 in knickers because i cannot find a pair that done stretch over the day and ride up! however the suggestions said if you were between sizes, to size down, so I stuck with the size 8.. they fit perfectly.. but they still ride up!

But I'm sorry they still rode up for you. Underwear fit can be really personal, and while most women love the Classic cut, it won't be the perfect fit for every body shape.

I'm actually working on a new fuller coverage style for women who find the Classic isn't quite right.

In the meantime, if you have any unopened pairs, you're very welcome to return them for a size/style exchange or refund.

These were not what you said they would be

These were not what you said they would be, as they kept ridding up. So a bit uncomfortable when that happened, for the price of them I thought they would have been better. However they didfeel very nice on, just not when they stuck up my butt

Hey JP, thank you for giving Squaties a try and for taking the time to leave honest feedback. I’m really sorry they didn’t stay in place for you, especially after you were expecting more from them.

What you’ve described is actually something I’m actively working on at the moment. Our Classic brief works really well for most body shapes, but I understand there will be some people it just doesn't work for. I’m currently developing a new style with even more coverage designed specifically for women who experience ride up or want more hold through the back.

I really appreciate the feedback, and I’m glad to hear the fabric itself still felt lovely and comfortable on. Feedback like this genuinely helps me improve future designs.

Ride up big time

I wanted to love these. They look good, and cannot be seen under tights, however they ride up big time making them super uncomfortable for me despite trying 2 different sizes (8 & 10) Just doesn't work for my anatomy

You’ve actually described something I’ve been working on for our new design.

While most women love our Classic, it may not suit every body shape. I’ve been developing a new even fuller brief with more bum coverage which will help them stay in place and hug your curves.

I really appreciate you taking the time to share this, it genuinely helps shape what comes next.
