Finding your perfect fit

Your usual NZ underwear size is the best place to start.

Our underwear is designed to fit true to size. The measurement chart below is a guide only. Every body is different, and things like your bum shape, thighs, body proportions and how you like your underwear to fit can all affect which size feels best.

If you're between sizes, or unsure which size to choose, the tips below will help.

Between sizes?

• Classics and High Rise Classics: Size up for extra comfort.
• Bikini and Brazilians: Size down for a closer fit.

All items are shipped promptly and carefully from our Northland (NZ) based location.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be packed and delivered to you (add an extra 2-3 days for rural addresses). These delivery times are subject to further delays during peak seasons and public holidays.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8 per order within New Zealand, or FREE if you spend over $99!

Returns

We have absolute faith that most people will love their Squaties.  However, we understand that all bodies are different and it may mean that for your body, they haven’t hit the mark. Therefore, we have a 14-day return policy. Please refer to our full returns/refunds policy for more information.

Caring for your Squaties is super simple!  Just be gentle with them and follow these easy-care guidelines to get the longest life out of them:

• Cool delicate wash - preferably using a ‘delicates’ laundry bag.
• Mild detergent - do not soak, bleach or use harsh chemicals.
• Line dry in the shade - do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron - who has time to iron their undies anyway?

Note: the wash label will wear off gradually.  This is completely normal.
